Willy is general manager of the association France Digitale which gather VCs and entrepreneurs to promote and support the digital innovation.
The association has been very active with the reform of the 2013 finance law in france regarding capital gain and young growth firms.
He has previously written a book on digital marketing called “Internet Marketing 2013” and has been very active with Startup Weekend in France.
