Key Account Manager, Pan-European Licensing; PRS for Music

Oliver Tuercke manages PRS for Music’s pan-European online licensing efforts leading commercial and contractual negotiations with the key digital music services in the market.

In his previous role, Oliver managed PRS for Music’s relations with collecting societies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as Eastern Europe representingPRS for Music members’ interests.

Oliver started at PRS for Music in 2007 as International Business Analyst contributing to various key pieces of work by Will Page, for example “Understanding and Interpreting the Digital Market”.

Before his time at PRS for Music, Oliver had obtained experience in the digital music industry, for example, as a project-based Music Industry Analyst for Digital Music News (Los Angeles, USA) or during a work placement at digital aggregator The Orchard (New York City, USA).

Oliver graduated with a BA (hons/1st) in Music and Entertainment Management from the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts. Oliver’s roots are in Germany where he gained first hands-on experience in the regional music market as musician, artist manager and live event promoter.
